Hello all, did any aquatilis house owners being billed already? I have a credit card application was rejected because their credit report shown that I defaulted one month house loan- aquatilis is my first and only house so far.

May I know whether aquatilis has been billed? I never received any reports on this. Thanks.

Bro, can't help you coz I brought pistia. I was billed last month and I got the letter from lawyer firm and also the bank on this. Based on the progress pics posted by Bro Sam, I think Aquatilis has started to build something. Probably should charge already or soon. Anyway if you want to find out do check with SEH or the lawyer firm.

Anyway, I don't see there is any problem for SEH to complete the LEKAS link together with the houses VP. Apparently, the progress of the houses seem pretty awesome, both DSL and Cluster/Semid progress very well. Although now only the 8th month after the SEH launching, we already can see some houses even have the roof structure installed already.

Though got people made baseless speculation and condaming SEH will be slowed down due to 250 staffs relocation from SPS to EW, but be frankly I really don't observe any impact so far.

It is very hard to deduce when SEH going to bill you as the progresso of the houses are quite random. Even for the same aquatilis unit, some already building the second floor structure but some still just finish piling. Thus, even for the same units, doesn't mean that all will be billed at the same time.

Better check with SEH/your banker/lawyer etc. I presume SEH and the bank will at least send you a copy of the billing.

This brochure is already available when SEH start giving out the 2014 calender I suppose. Hopefully they will keep their promise...

I doubt the earlier 1 will be affected coz everything already signed with the construction company. Our phase should be safe . Althought SEH is a bit quiet now they are still trying to come out with some actitivies and engage with the ppl. This is a good thing to do till the next launch which speculated to be year end.

Normally developer will send copy of Progress Billings to your IC Addrsss (or Mailing Address if u inform them) via Registered Mail

When Bank release Payment, they will also advice u on the amount of interest to be paid.

U could not miss 2 letters from different companies.

Rang up credit control SP setia. Progressive billing for aquatilis is estimated to start from end of June onwards.
So now I really need to go to get my CCRIS report just to be sure no identity fraud. Very cumbersome to travel to Bank Negara from my work place. Aiyah.....

Just to add one...SP Setia or any developers will send the same billings twice...one via normal mail and the other one via registered mail...

Upon knowing the deadline, one should follow up with the bank to ensure disbursement is done prior to deadline. Later charge or interest will be borne by purchaser regardless the reasons (if late).
