1 more thing. The backyard is 15 feet separating and the road in between end lots is 20 feet wide. Also confirm the empty land right in the middle of 20x70 and 20x65 terrace houses going to be greens and small park.

What I like most is the stunning view of Broga hill from SEH. It is so clear and so beautiful

All the terrace units were sold out long time ago. Some types got dibs and some dont hv. For those font hv been given a discount of 3%. Hope this answer your questions. Btw, is FnG... If u read back the previous posts u can know all....

Yea i know sold out and I read the v2, v3 and v4 but can not get any info about the rebate.. From your reply, it seems all entitle 3% rebate across the model.

Rebate only for non DIBS type, which is phase 2.
Sorry, can't list as I didn't remember exact one. But it's only 1/2 types if not mistaken.

Btw, today SEH also got some ppl visit... Not bad with all the hype to EcoMajestic now. Still got ppl visited the show units and looks like next launch really 22x75 and indicative price of 680K

Better developer? SP Setia existed much longer than EcoWorld. So to say much developer then is very hard to say and most importantly when EcoHill was launched Tan Sri still with SPS. Also, both are having different concept of township. Based on the master plan it seem to be EcoMajestic has better township and is gated and guarded but Ecohill is not losing too much too. At the end of the day which 1 better/nicer we wouldnt know till everything is completed. Remember that EM is strata while SEH is not... Anyway, everyon has their own opinion 1

Charmaine, there 3 precincts in SEH. Only precinct 1 is FnG (Still subject to MPKJ to approve the building of guard hse and fencing n buyers from phase 1 already signed that application forms although some didnt signed) while precicnt 2 and 3 are GnG and these 2 will have maintenance fees. These 2 are semi-Ds and bungalows and will have a club house (differenr charges apply).
