I was told that maybe they will use the balloting of queue for their upcoming launch end of May. It means, let says if total got 100 units, they may give out 100 tickets for the first 100 buyers who arrived early with another 50 buyers on waiting list. While the 100 buyers need to go for balloting to choose their units.

As for bungalow lots, I dun think so public got chances to buy considering there are only a total of 182 pieces and LKS got so many followers unless of course you are a VVIP!

True, first come first serve so far still the most preferred method. I feel disappointed if they implement ballot, as that's only depending on luck, not the enthusiast to buy the house.

Yeah, that's why Lekas link will become very busy, EM resident can choose to use their interchange, of course will be abit more expensive. That's why SP Setia choose to build flyover to connect the Lekas link to Lekas exit. No traffic light, straight road and direct access to the toll.

If they launch by end of the month, that's mean they launch without show houses. Furthermore, the current satellite office cannot support even 500 purchasers, in terms of parking, accommodating seats (satay party tables currently only can support 100 - 150 people), and as quoted by topgun gor, toilet also not enough. I can foresee they will be chaotic situation if they choose to launch there. If only for bungalow land, then maybe possible, as only have less than 200 plots if not mistaken...

Bro, I do notice some parking spaces at the back. I am also not sure how many units in EM will be launched in this phase.

However, if you remember the SEH launching, the cars park from the welcome center until the junction, both sides. Roughly 1.5 km per side, which is about 3km long..    That's for about 1000 numbers (700 queue + 300 reserve list). Moveable toilets of course is available, but again space is required. SEH have plenty of spaces around the welcome center, the parking plot in front of SEH center can accommodate at least 700 people and some extra space for food and drinks, but EM satellite office...     

Perhaps like you said, since the show room in that area only occupied by the EW, perhaps they will use the space for whole street, then is okay I presume. Or they allow the person who take the queue number to leave and come back second day, then perhaps works as well..

Yeah, let's wait and see. As long as not chaotic condition, then it is okay.

I so far received nothing from EW about the bungalow lot or launching, even the satay event sms also never received..     

Anyhow, even it is still available, also will be very limited units, as internal staffs and associates sure already kebas some...   

I really doubt that EM will be launched this month although I was told that it will be launched by end of this month.
Just how can the potential buyers make decisions without the layout of all types of the house design and the exact location with the direction?
Without the brochures make available to the public, I don't think they are going to launch lah.
