Correct me if I'm wrong, but what is your goal?

You want to cut to a slimmer figure, or bulk to become bigger than you are currently at?

Depends, I read some saying it's not feasible to cut and gain at the same time. Most prefer 3 months bulk and 3 months cut. Most akin to number 2.

1.To calculate calories, use a food diary, so far myfitnesspal.com serves me well.
