Malaysian, this is a very stupid post. The guy's name is Greg Valentino, who has endlessly abused steroids and synthol site injection. Even people on bodybuilding sites hate him.
What're you trying to prove by posting stuff like this? At least Flesh wound and Malaysianpotato are familiar with the infamous Greg. C'mon ,if you don't know facts, don't post stuff like this to disillusion the forummers here.

anyway noone needs to know who greg is to know he's and idiot, just one look at the pics or video and they'd know he's a jackass.

Well, if you're nuts on what size arms you can get, that's what you're gonna end up with courtesy of roided synthol. IMO, skinny guys look better than him. At least they don't have weird muscle spikes and boils all over. Poster boy for the dark side of bodybuilding. I really wonder what use on earth do those lumps have. Totally imbalanced if any real work needs to be done.

BTW, Potato....you do get your rocks off from some really weird stuff.....
