Im half the weight of 100 kg....My bro said our tummy is made of fats, water and salt....So, I think drink a cup of water, cover urself with jacket,full of blankets,off the fan and air-con, sleep at the afternoon....Then ok liaoz lolz....

My brother said Jog before breakfast is better bcuz thats the time our body have less carbonhydrate worr....So we use our fat energy and not the energy from carbonhydrate so we can burn fats easily....And drink two cups of water so that we can sweat....lolz

30kgs in 8 months? Mind to share how u did it? I am now 105kg and really wanna go to 80kg to (closer) suit my 1.77m height.

Losing all that weight may not mean you look the best though, compared to someone at 100kg who loses his fat but puts on muscle. It has to have some scientific base for it to be worth it, or someone could just have crash diet a week before the deadline and win because he's straved. It doesn't mean he's healthy at all though!
