Tq boss.. really damn worth it 500k 3 beds plus mrt 2.. no brainer investment. Nevetheless the surrounding is quite horrible. But it shouldn't be an issue with that price tag, you have to expect the lower grade tenants already.

Smaller units seem more viable but bare in mind the other room got no window zzz.. like living in jail even jail also got Tom and jerry window

Can walk to aeon. 10 minutes max. It's 500m away.

It should be better with the underground MRT so can cut right through.

But bro look at viva residency.. it's doing much better than capers for some reason. I did take a stroll around this part of sentul. Viva commercials aren't that bad. They got guardian and many eateries. On top of that rivercity commercial has the right mix to cater to the lower segment in this part of sentul.

Then again rica surrounding is just so horrible. I guess u win some and lose some. You can have the best of both world. Hope all is well..

What's sentul point? Aeon Big is at rivercity which is 10 minutes walk away from rica.. u google rivercity.. it's like a lower class Giza. Thinking to go or not eve tho already secured a unit. U booked also?
