Expat market is temporary. They can migrate like how birds migrate easily. Moreover this is not Grade A expats we are taking into consideration. Not only that, noticed the commercials below Viva are also closing down one by one already. However it could be due to the construction for the MRT where Rica is able to shield from for another 4 years. I would have joined the boat here in Rica if there was no TR.

Rivercity has got its major anchors namely Aeon and Mr DIY moved out too. I felt that a proper due diligence should be done by actually visiting and calling up agents to view surrounding condos and understand its market before investing. Well that's me
