For the gf, so slim, lightweight. Good for Skype and basic use + movies.

Personally I would recommend the Dell Inspiron 14 7000- its a premium notebook for its price although its not super slim like the others~ can look for bro putochip123, he sells cheaper than RM2.5k last I checked~  icon_rolleyes.gif

HP for sure not comfortable with, cause my HP had so many problems -.-. dell seems nice, especially with the Msata. is the ASUS A450LC good?

Also, would it be better to buy a new one, or can just give my bro an old ASUS A43 that i have? has core i3 [sandy bridge], 4gb ram and gt520m graphics.
