Try nego for the 2nd one, it performs better~
But do take note that the WiFi range of the 5470 is pretty poor 

It depends on your budget and usage
If your budget is still RM2k, then there's really not much you can pick...
If you are going to use the notebook for a little bit of gaming, then you can only choose those with GT740M graphic card
