I tested PSVR at The Curve & pre-ordered it there with full payment.

QUOTE(squall_12 @ Oct 23 2016, 11:01 PM) what to ask how many malaysian owner have led protector on the vr set? read in some forum those have len protector removing it solved the edge blur issue which i currently facing but i really cant find the len protector on my ps vr. If can provde picture of the len protector. Thanks i also don't have the protective lens sticker on my set. this is how the protective lens sticker look like. i found this image on reddit.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i have done some research on this & what i know is this: in the west, there are some psvr units that came with the protective lens sticker & some units don't have it. no idea why it's like that but over here i think nobody has the stickers on their psvr. removing the sticker won't help with the blur because some people reported that the image is still blurry after removing the sticker. i also have problem with blurry image like in Playroom VR. I heard reports that the day one update messed up something & the picture quality was much clearer before the update. |

QUOTE(Aria72 @ Oct 24 2016, 03:49 PM) I am new here and I just got my PSVR 2 days ago. I have been playing the games which are fine but the graphics are not the smoothest and are quite blurred. Anyone else having issues like that? i also have the same problem like you. i played around with the ipd settings until i fed up already. i heard reports over at the UK & EU that they are also facing the same problem. For example The Playroom VR, whenever you go to select the game you want to play, each planet is quite blurry. I also noticed that objects that are near will be clear but things that are far away will be blurry. Is this normal or is my PSVR defective? I have already done all the calibration like the IPD measurements & still get the same results every time. |

I tried Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone with cinematic mode last night & all I can say is BIG MIKU!!!
I will never look at Miku the same again after playing Future Tone with cinematic mode. |

QUOTE(WooTz @ Oct 25 2016, 11:49 AM) Not sure if Sega can patch it with VR because Future Tone textures are more detailed then Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live which looks like some PS3/Vita graphics.I wasn't impressed when I tried the Hatsune Miku: VR demo earlier. But when I tried Future Tone with cinematic mode, I was blown away. It was like watching Miku on a giant IMAX screen. |

QUOTE(beanbeanchong @ Oct 26 2016, 10:20 AM) Order from Sony Official Online Store. Never know sony own online store got such a bad experience. i also got bad experiance with sony. i order my unit from sony store & when i went to collect it, they didn't give me the demo disc & lint cloth. i didn't know i was supposed to get these items until a friend told me about it. so i went back there & told them to give me those items. at first, they deny those items don't come with psvr. when i told them it was listed in their website, only then did they give me the demo disc & lint cloth. Today call them, they just tell me my area in progress of delivery. May be few more day Gdex will contact me. i straight show unhappiness. Something not right obviously, they seem like unable to solve it seriously. Where got take so long for Gdex to sell a product. item send on last friday also can reach on Saturday morning. they didn't even apologize for their mistake. sony malaysia is a fucking disgrace. when i am free i am going to lodge a complaint with SIEJA about the lousy service given by sony store. QUOTE(DDSFan8 @ Oct 26 2016, 09:08 PM) The graphics are muddied, especially in the details. Small details such as small text are pixelated to the point they are hard to read and movement makes the screen door effect distracting. Those that say there is no screen door effect are blind. It is there and pronounced. Don't believe those "amazing" reviews you read on the web that say the graphics are crisp & clear because they are not. PSVR really needed to be a QHD+ display setup (preferably dual QHD) to blow a picture up to 100 degree FOV. You simply cannot magnify any 1080P image to that size and not see the pixels. Take a magnifying glass to your QHD phone and what do you see? Pixels and the small spaces between them. That is what you see with PSVR. If you want awesome vr, you better wait for gen3 vr in about 10 years time. gen1 vr like the one we have now is not "awesome". |

QUOTE(shinchan^^ @ Oct 27 2016, 10:53 AM) no. not even close to HD. it looks like 480p with very bad SDE.imagine somebody put a piece of cloth over your tv. that's how it looks like in psvr. all those nice & clear vr screenshots you see in reviews on the web is pure bullshit.
