you might need to google zero sale tax states. even malaysia also wanna charge gst on digital goods.

I still haven't got it, but i kinda want to know how well it is on PC. You can make it work, but how good it is i'm not sure.

Would need a good pc, and as far as I know on Windows only. The app that helps PSVR run any Steam VR games that is. It's called Trinus
