Well, K70 is considered as non-standard layout in bottom row modifiers (1.5x, 1x, 1.25x, 6.5x, 1.25x, 1x, 1x, 1.5x).
Those standard layout keyboard is like your Filco, (1.25x, 1.25x, 1.25x, 6.25x, 1.25x, 1.25x, 1.25x, 1.25x).

Noticed that 6.5x spacebar is very rare-type. Even sp don't have such 6.5x spacebar, see below.

To change all keycaps in your keyboard, you can buy standard layout keycaps set. Then get a tsangan kit for 1.5x mod or buy 1.5x keycap individually.

For base keys (alpha) - the first shot put to the machine is made from translucent PolyCarbonate, the second shot is white ABS
For modifiers - first shot is white ABS, second shot is orange ABS
