These are the thinner and primer that I used...

Just noticed that the thinner you used are arcylic based, are you sure you're using the same base for primer? Just wondering though....

Anyway, if you want to paint for the Nu, my advise is to clean the parts 1st, then primer them, especially the outer armor parts, because mine seems to be easily 'scratched' off tongue.gif

Good luck thumbup.gif

as the pic i use those 2 products only. maybe i should get Mr.Hobby thinner

solvent-based acrylic is technically lacquer

1:3 ratio is fine.. i always premix all my paint in that ratio
the main problem of this issue is probably u layered it too thick..
or us airbrush psi is too low, so instead of spraying mist coat, is sprayed thick paints...
*
yes i put the airbrush on low psi.. isn't that for spray the small parts need a lower psi ?

lower psi will make the paint came out thick.. what we need it is more like a mist coat to paint...
lower psi mostly use for supergloss finishing...which not involving clearcoat/topcoat.
*
Ic, this is something new to me ... so its recomended to have higher psi to paint is it.

hmm, so PG grade detail are still lacking compared to the original one, but MG ones they are doing very well. Currently looking at these two model. Would like to know is the price range okay for these two model?

GG 00 Raiser
and
Daban Epyon

Last time those china model quality are not very good and plastic cannot snap fit in nicely, so spent not little on the ori one, but now china ones are doing great, why not give it a try.
*
the price is over expensive... i pm some good seller... with reasonable price

Mine maybe because the thinner I use ." My Hobby" brand. Heard it's malaysia local brand. I mistakenly toughy it's "Mr. Hobby" and also maybe my paint is too thick.
