get the preve because it's a newer design, 5 star Ancap certified and have much more safety features than the persona...that's my take...I too considered the above factors before deciding preve is the car for my wife
and she love driving it as she feels it's really solid and safe This post has been edited by SothysSaleShop: Mar 11 2014, 10:28 PM |

QUOTE(matS @ Mar 14 2014, 07:49 PM) I think it's due to its rather firm suspension, that's why it handles steadily during cornering as you feel the road feedback more thro the steering...if you drive on a smooth road and yet steering vibrates then you need to be a little worriedThis post has been edited by SothysSaleShop: Mar 14 2014, 08:47 PM |

those who have no major issues will not post on forum to say "hey, my car got no issues" that is why what we see & read on forums are people ranting about issues and trying to find a fix for it, if you have the time, do to other car thread and ask what issues they have, I can assure you there are complaints also

QUOTE(davidlow7 @ Apr 23 2014, 01:10 PM) I assume you meant "people who don't own an Exec model". I think he meant ppl that own exec spec are openly "regretting" their purchase mainly due to lack of power, those on cfe got nothing to regret (yet) That's exactly the reason why I did not want to own it and straight upgraded to Premium. In fact I rejected the Premium (Non-ANCAP) which the CVT whine was too much for me to take it.. Until I heard that Preve ANCAP comes with an upgraded VT3+ then only I changed my mind. But as I said it's just me, when you find something you can't take it then you shift your focus elsewhere |

QUOTE(idunnolol @ May 13 2014, 11:46 PM) having driven both, bought preve for my wife actually, I find the engine refinement dept & driving smoothness - inspira win, but if compare both in terms of stock handling, preve handles way much better because inspira is tune for super comfort, preve win on boot size & safety features, one thing I wish inspira had was preve handling that comes as stock, both got pro & cons, but honestly preve at the price, size & features that is being offered got no competitors except losing at the badge level 1.6 premium is what I got also, very nice torque, wish inspira had this too |

QUOTE(idunnolol @ May 14 2014, 09:42 AM) yeah, handling on preve is nice as stock, Noticed it got strut bar attached from factory, Inspira tak da lor despite its a relative of the lancer. Have to go pasang sendiri from ultra racing lol inspira kaki mostly change aftermarket suspension to get better handling, expensive modsIs it me or preve slightly narrower than inspira a inspira front is longer, so maybe u feel preve shorter front feels narrower but inside is certainly roomier and boot size is much larger, I can finally fit two strollers! |

QUOTE(idunnolol @ May 14 2014, 09:56 AM) no bro, i referring to the width of the cabin don't ask about my inspira mods It seems like going to be a tighter fit for 5 pax inside a preve compare to inspira How heavy you mod your inspira lol? I only put a strut bar and thats it that's why preve no mods except reverse cam only, sudah takut referring to the cabin size, my wife sitting at the back says preve is roomier than ins, I admit front is a little smaller compared to inspira but isn't that bad considering I am 6 foot tall person and I can drive it comfortably |

QUOTE(Dark Master @ May 17 2014, 04:38 PM) Struggling to choose IAFM or CFE. I know a lot ppl choosing CFE, does that mean IAFM is really underpower ? Any IAFM user can advice me ? best is to go and test drive both variants if possible, power is very subjective , becos you will have to live with it after the purchase anyway, no point buying, assuming it's the right purchase and then regretting it thereafter, try calling some sales people from different proton branches for a test drive , good luck |

QUOTE(FrozenIce @ May 22 2014, 09:57 AM) Dear All Preve Owners, IMHO, preve stock suspension is nicely balanced for handling and daily ride comfort, those going for these performance setup better brace for a harsher ride Titan Suspension is having a promotion for first 5 unit Preve. Whoever is interested entitled to get 20% discount for first 5 unit Preve only. Price for Hi Low is RM 3400 including custom mounting and luxury setting is RM 2600. Price stated above is not discount price yet. If anyone interested please do contact me @ 012-3572062 (Patrick) Thank you. just my 2 cents ... |
