Normally GST and Annual Fees are charged around the same time. What about Wise card? I have been billed the GST mid-Aug but not the Annual Fee until today.

Sorry if OT. Thinking of using Wise card in UOB Payonline to pay TNB bills. But found this in its FAQ:
PayOnline is currently best viewed with Internet Explorer 5.X, 6.X, 7.X or 8.X. Can use Internet Explorer 11 or latest Chrome browsers instead? |
