Your circumstances are so specific to you, purchasing groceries overseas. You already know the specific reason yet not happy with it because of your expectations. Unreasonably, as some of us have tried to explain to you.

Blaming HLB is butthurt because there's nothing they can do in your case. No control over the MCC (this is true even locally). Likely CS can't tell you MCC directly because its overseas transaction, and they don't deal with that very often. What you expect from them?

Now, for the forumer whose name not included, that one can complain about HLB. Their ridiculous "CB more than one month after spending", can blame. Your case however, I don't see anything to blame HLB.

Is your case general to most of their customer base? Expect CS to know everything, including question like this which probably they at most encounter once a month?

You take your case and act as if applies generally to WISE. Everyone got whatever complaint you just say "yeah, WISE suck because of my experience", even when their problem totally different. Your intention is to 'good reminder' or just lepas stim?

Your 'fact' is your own assumption only. You assume WISE intentionally don't want to honor their promise. They promised cashback for groceries even overseas. The reasons for non-fulfilment have already been explained to you but you not happy. So you assume they 'find way' to cheat you. Mana your facts?

You can say "in my case I did not get cashback" as a fact, and even "WISE CS is sucky" (an opinion, but no problem). But 'WISE cheat me' is not a fact, nor is 'WISE looking for way to not honor what they have promise'.

Is this calculation on per-category basis? So for example if you spend 545 on groceries you get RM55 under grocery category and you spend another 345 on utilities you get RM35 there?
