The laptop is nice gadget but the customer service really need some improvement.

Encountered driver installation issue, called but the answer received "we don't have such issue with other laptop" without effort trying to understand the customer problems.

Eventually was managed to resolve myself by installing the latest driver from the website.

Hope Illegear value customer feedback, just a piece of advice.
