Umm, I think my mic in my Illegear RS-15 might be broken. It's detected in the hardware monitor, but Skype test and other tests don't catch my voice. How much do you think it'll cost me to get it checked and/or repaired?

Hi guys, does Illegear still have the GPU-replacement/upgrade service? I'm wondering since I currently have the RS-15 with GTX 780M. Just in case I got bonuses or something, is it possible to replace it with one of the newer ones?
