Any chance can trade in my laptop?

Just wondering what was the outcome for the case above? I 've faced a similar issue on my RX-17 and already sent in for check yesterday, got an email today that it will be sent to Clevo for further checks. Any eta on this?

Did enquire support but no replies on the eta. I do some photography work on the side so need an estimate when can I get it fix or alternatively I 'll source a backup comp for myself.

On a side note, I do have to commend your team for being fast and responsive! *cough* although there was the thing about you guys not wanting me to come up to your empire office yesterday  due to a media event *cough*! And met me in the lobby to collect instead. Nevertheless, the rx 17 has been a smooth running beast since I bought it a year ago.... Untill the beeping and death of it couple days ago! Hope it gets fix soon!

guys..been using RS15 with original matte grey black finish and it is dust magnet and have a rough surface..having a hard time getting it fit into my 15 inch laptop bag..
it is also wear & tear magnet ~_~

so hav anyone ever tried to open lcd back cover module & try to paint it?
im planning DIY to open it & colour the lcd back cover with glossy black spray paint..
or maybe use the carbon fibre sticker/vinyl thing..it is cheaper 

P/S: if send to illegear, RM299 for 1 colour on back cover only + 2-3 weeks ~_~ last year i asked & only need to pay RM99...

Oh dang, my 3 years old sager np8130 finally had problem. Start up but showing blank screen. Tried connecting hdmi cable to external display still the same. Probably, gpu chipset need reballing. Prince, can i upgrade this laptop grahic card?

I've done all that. still getting the same weird spikes :/

is there a way to disable the Intel Integrated graphics card and use only the dedicated GPU?
I remember doing something like that with another laptop in the BIOS setting but I can't seems to find that in S5's bios.

Can't we just disable the Intel HD driver in the device manager ? I remember i did it to my old laptop before.

Btw yeah I tried disabling Intel Integrated Graphics from the device manager and it basically fuck everything up, you can't boot any games, the error is no graphic card is detected -.-
Meh wtf lol. I always thought you can switch it manually from the BIOS :/

Tried running Black ops, yeap same thing. Even my old Alienware MX15r1 with 5850m and old i7 1.7ghz doesn't lag and slowdown like this S5 does lol

Hey @PrinceJ, just wondering if my Sager np9150 that I bought from you 3 years ago(mid 2012)can be upgraded to the GTX980m(just wondering if it's possible since it's a Sager that I've bought from you before the RS-15 came out). Cause I'm just a little worry that vBios will get in the way of installing the card(unless it's just swapping out the old card with the new GTX980m card then it's all good).

I think my S5 may have a bad ram. I'm getting BSOD that says "Memory Management Error" very frequently since this morning. Ran the windows memory diagnostic and it says problem were detected. Guess I'll have to pay Illegear a visit very soon after all ><

Tried using memtest86, I've got 91k errors lol

EDIT:
I swapped out the Samsung 4gb ram, left 8gb (Team elite ram 4gbx2) in the system with dual channel, now testing and see if the laptop is stable. If it is then I guess this Samsung ram is faulty.

A question. Is it possible to upgrade my Sager NP8150/Clevo P150HM graphics card (GTX460M) to GTX9 series?

An update from the RAM testing.
Yeap, I have confirmed that one of the 4gb Team Elite ram is faulty.

I've tested all 3 RAMS (2 Team elites, 1 Samsung)one by one and once I swap that faultyTeam elite ram out, everything runs perfectly. Can I just send the ram to Illegear for RMA lol, it's kinda inconvenient for me to part with my laptop.
