Brief update from the meeting.. Most of the buyers are still angry that the construction period is extended to 42 months without getting the written approval (its verbal now). Carpark is allocated (unlike what they mention previously). Sales remains at 70-80% with most leftover units facing AEON la..

Recently overheard the SA telling prospective buyer that Emira can fetch RM3psf for those 2 bedroom or RM2.6k.. Even Casa tiara side hardly fetching RM3 with 2 good malls, hospital, 5star college, office, KTM n LRT nearby..

Shah alam boleh?? RM2.5psf is a big target for fully furnish Emira in 3.5yrs la..
