Nevertheless, I'm giving them a chance to REDUCE the maintenance fees and will be ok with the 3 lifts but WON'T BE OK with paying RM400 for 3 lifts only

as yesterday @ 5-6pm at starprop, they manage to sell 3 units for 3 day show.

decided to drop this as no more 2 bedder.

1 bedder scare canot rent & sell..

upon completion, 20% should be achievable due to location & dev reputation
