First year is on OSK. Actually I find 0.33 abit expensive.. But their facilities are awesome. Hope it's all properly maintained. Expect to use em to spend time with family smile.gif

Only one fee is charged.. Rm1000 for lawyer fee if not mistaken.. Is this normal? Usually developers free every fee.. Right?

any chance developer might raise price for those who purchased earlier?

ive placed booking on friday. Since saturday the price has increased follow from the announcement of LRT project. 25k if not mistaken.

guys. since the title is under commercial... I know by writing letter to TNB can change to residential provided that you include photos.

Nur said the RM9 billion project would begin from the Bandar Utama Mass Rapid Transit station, which was under construction.

“The line will go on to Tropicana before cutting across Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, heading for Shah Alam via Section 13 near the Shah Alam Stadium, Universiti Teknologi Mara in Section 2 and i-City in Section 7.

“The train will then travel down Bukit Raja to the Klang KTM Komuter station before heading further south for Bukit Tinggi and Johan Setia,” he said, adding that there would be 26 stations in the route.
