Hi, Jeff.. Wanna ask when will you usually online in pokemon? Because I think there is a condition where both of us should be online at the same time so that we can unlock the third pokemon... Thanks a lot for your help and sorry to have disturb you

No that is totally wrong.
The 3rd pokemon for safari will be unlocked if the person beats the elite four. As far as I know.

you only right half, they need to online at the same time too.

Yaya... You are right... There are two condition to fulfill I think.. First is the person has to beat elite four and second is both friends have to be online at the same time at least for once... If second condition is not fulfilled, the person avatar will not be seen and appear as ? And third pokemon is yet to be unlocked till the person online. Find this on forum though, enlighten me if I am wrong..
