Oh i just obtained a pokemon with a pokerus through wonder trade.

Its only good to level up with it and effort value training right ?

Yeah, like the user mentioned earlier, you can spread it through your Pokemons via battles. The best way to make use of Pokerus is by EV training in hordes, since they give out the most EVs compared to normal wild encounters. Pokerus does not affect the EVs you gained thru Super Training, so keep that in mind.

Also, you may wanna keep a Pokemon with Pokerus in your PC Box as Pokemons not stored in the box may be cured from Pokerus after midnight. What this means is that they still get double EVs during battles, but they can't spread the Pokerus anymore.

Also, Pokerus can be inherited. So you may have an egg infected with Pokerus which comes from one of the parents that has it.

Metagross line is a pseudo legendary line, so hatching it will take a while (even with Flame Body pokemon + Hatching O Power Lv3)

so i gv those word for you to combine. total 3 pokemon, the 1st to complete it win.

(to, S, Ar, t, no, ni, ti, Di, ti, vy, cu).
