Yes, Pokebank is linked to your Nintendo Network ID, not your game, so you can retrieve them when you start a new game but they will be treated like a traded Pokemon so they might not obey you.

Nope, even though is counted as traded pokemon, it wont evolve. it's like when you transfer a pokemon from one gen to another, when the pokemon is in the newer gen, it is considered as a traded pokemon, but you cant trade evolve a haunter that was transported that way.

Well, using Pokebank (as well as anything on the eShop) would mean that you have to change the region of your 3ds to US or Canadian region in your system settings so that you can use it. I think it would be better if you go to the 3DS LYN page if you have questions regarding this. Hope it helps

Anyways, what kind of battles do you normally play, single battles, doubles, or something else?

Well for single battles, you need to know what your opponent's Pokemon are capable of and not continue to use the same Pokemon against theirs if you know the battle is not going in your Pokemon's favour. Switching in and out sometimes saves Pokemons, like switching out to a flying-type if you know your opponent may use Earthquake on you

Also, when you battle more, you'll be more skilled in predicting what your opponent is going to do next, and that will help you a lot in your future battles

A lot of times, winning battles comes from losing several ones as well. So keep battling, and you may improve your battling skills.

I'm here. just back from dinner. And to answer your question, it really depends on what hidden power is on your sweeper. If it's a hidden power for a typing that it doesn't have coverage for (e.g. Manectric with Hidden Power Ice), then it's quite good. If you have something like Greninja with Hidden Power Dark, then it's pretty much useless since Dark Pulse is much much better.

Yeah, like the user mentioned earlier, you can spread it through your Pokemons via battles. The best way to make use of Pokerus is by EV training in hordes, since they give out the most EVs compared to normal wild encounters. Pokerus does not affect the EVs you gained thru Super Training, so keep that in mind.

Also, you may wanna keep a Pokemon with Pokerus in your PC Box as Pokemons not stored in the box may be cured from Pokerus after midnight. What this means is that they still get double EVs during battles, but they can't spread the Pokerus anymore.

Also, Pokerus can be inherited. So you may have an egg infected with Pokerus which comes from one of the parents that has it.

Metagross line is a pseudo legendary line, so hatching it will take a while (even with Flame Body pokemon + Hatching O Power Lv3)

You'll have to transfer Pokemons in this order: Gen III (Ruby, Saphire, Emerald, Fire Red, Leaf Green) to Gen IV (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold, Soul Silver), Gen IV to Gen V (Black, White, Black 2, White 2), Gen V to Gen VI (X and Y)

From Gen III to Gen IV, you'll need to transfer via Pal Park (a post game location). I'm not sure what exactly you must do (it's better to check that out online yourself), but its basically a thing that lets you transfer 10 Pokemon from Gen III to Gen IV once per day, so can be a bit tedious.

From Gen IV to Gen V, you'll need to access a post game location to transfer your Pokemons from Gen IV to V you can transfer as many Pokemons as you like per day, but you have to play a mini game

Finally from Gen V to Gen VI, you need to use PokeBank and PokeTransporter.
