Well, if you must know, the previous developer had some monetary issues and then went off grid. Newfields, the current developer overlooking the rebuilding of Maisson is a reputable one as they've successfully developed and sold The Sanderson, Serdang and Puchong Gateway.

Their term, "bringing traditions back to life," is to attract a community living like how we use to back in our younger days. Think "borrowing kicap" from your neighbour or sharing a jar of cookies. Their also incorporating a modern rustic feel to the property.
