i wonder how many units up for sale after deducting previous owners.

from platinum to maisson.
how come maisson's name sounds like a gamuda project leh?

anyway, i wonder what will be their anticipated completion date?
they would have the speed advantage compared to other developments such as aragreen or h20.

to my understanding, abandon projects when apply for resumption, needs to get consent from original owners.
all terms and conditions need to be met/negotiated in advance.
only when approved by majority can project be allowed to resume.
and usually it involves topping up of cost to the original price.
i could be wrong though.
