this abandon building as far i know already many many years.. will the 'bone' structure have problem when they redevelop it?

visited today...cheapeast as far i recall about 700k++ 1020 sf.. price per sf seems reasoanble and its freehold.. they even giving out free kitchen cabinet, hood and hob. the tiles they use seems quite good quality.
the only concern is the abandon building so many years.. who knows any drug addict hid and stay there 'forever'? and about safety issue accident anyone really mind to share? nearly 80% of the unit sold..left all big unit |
