In my line of work we call this incidents as they can be prevented.

They are not going to tear off the whole condo down and rebuild right?
I am more concern about the bricks and the structure, because it has been left without cement plastering for more than 10 years..

so it means previous owners still holding to the units; those unsold or owners giving up are open for sales now??
digital mall is not a success
you can see as of today many empty lots although some claims to be change some of the tenants
the only plus is the nearby lrt under construction

main place, yes so far so good with branded tenants but how good is malaysia in verifying whether old structure (half built) is sound before they proceed to complete it?? nobody knows until something happens then blame starts to come out. we can only try to trust the developer that they will engage reputable firm to check throughly
