It was sold out last week during the launch for L11 and below, block I to IV. But block V is still available when I was there. RM0.30 per sf. I guess for traffic issue, it seems like no difference everywhere within Klang Valley. So, it is the location for nearby amenities that I will be looking at. Groceries, schools, eateries, hospitals, petrol stations will be the core for a family. My only concern would be the shop lots next to Maisson, which are mostly unoccupied and do not seem to be well maintained. Unlike Aman Suria area, which is more in business though not 100% occupied.
