i wanted to telan one small biji in Maisson but later rethink.. as there are too many of such biji in AD already. Maisson alone having 1k bijis for public digestion. have to look at other area now..

I see the surrounding is good, bungalow and semi d, good to stay if traffic is not a problem. Not sure the internal, got to trust the engineer doing a good job, IMO, I believe the over exposure of sun light and erosion of rain over so many years would have taken some tolls on some of the cement works, may leave some gaps. Will know few years down the road. I think the future LRT and MRT stations are too far to compete with others in AD and KD,  |

On traffic, Jln Lapangan Terbang can be a bottleneck during peak hours
This project nearer to the escape through the road to Tropicana and the famous tunnel, but can be jam also |

Don't think so walking distance to LRT at Eve Suite or Pacific Place for pampered Malaysian
