I bought a unit there early 2014. Block 4. 1300sf.
8% rebate. 2 Car parks.

Went there again at to check out the promo during 2014 raya time.
Promo was 8% rebate + 3 carparks + RM30,000 cash back + 1 year free maintenance + freebies.

I was so upset. Asked the developer if they can give me at least another carpark if managed to get a buyer for them. The gay guy from the developer side said everything can be discussed if I can get them a buyer for them.

I get my friend to buy it. And a day after the deal is signed. The gay guy said I have to sell two more units to be entitled for the additional carpark. Tell me that after my friend signed the unit? Why not say 20 units more? All they can give is referral fee. I did not try hard to get buyer becos of the referral fee. That is why i ASKED BEFORE I GET THEM BUYER. Damn pissed. Went to the management office and met the Marketing Director, Michelle Won. I was very pissed as they did not offer any apology and only being defensive. Also she said I can negotiate, but depends on how I talk to her. Damn. Want me to kiss her ass?

Anyway.. finally I give up negotiating as they have no intention to negotiate anything that is equivalent to a carpark which I was expecting before I refer my fren to buy it. End up, they gave me 1 year free maintenance and the referral fee. And top up 1500 for me. Although its not what I expected and still felt being cheated, and bullied with their arrogance, I accepted it.

But when I finally got the referral fee of 3k. I asked them where is the other 1.5k, they claimed no such thing. and start forcing false statement on me. Saying that I have agreed to things I have never agreed before.

3k referral fee is what everyone should get. I dont have to go to their office to fight for it. The final deal was suppose to be:
3k referral fee + 1 year free maintenance + 1500 which they transfer from 1+1 friendship program.

You might want to check again the fact. I dont know about the friendship program until the day I met you and Michelle in the office.

1. The referral fee 3k is signed before the 1+1 friendship program. Check the date and the signature. Its signed by both myself and my friend.
2. I signed the friendship program on the day I went to see you and Michelle. How is it that now it becomes the opposite?
3. Once you confirmed the above, please also ask yourself, did you inform me that it will supercede the 3k referral fee on the day I signed the friendship program? OR the referral fee + free maintenance supercede the friendship program? When did any of this happen?

From the beginning of the conversation I am aware of the referral fee 3k and additional 1 year free maintenance. I also specifically said the 3k, will be given back to my friend. Because of that, Michelle and you came up with the friendship program to give me additional reward. Hope you remember.

Attached are the documents that you forwarded to me earlier for your reference again.

I dont even know what fark was he talking about. I signed the referral fee 3k together with the presence of my friend day before I went to the office and the sign the friendship program. How can it be the reverse now? the date of the document stated clearly that the referral fee 3k is signed even before I went to their office. and yet they still can reply like this.

Then I pm them in FB asking for justice. And the Executive replied in a formal letter with two lines.

Such arrogance. I presented evidence that theres obvious dispute. if they just check the date, it will be crystal clear that the gay guy was talking cock.

Its really not much money, I just want to feel good about my purchase of the unit. in the end it was negotiation in bad faith by the developer. And finally even when i accepted the crappy deal, they are able to even deny the crappy deal. Too much! Disgraceful developer.

it's like marketing being sub to newfields. Better to deal black and white with all sub agent as the promo pack keeps on changing....also sometimes not being briefed correctly from management to the team

feel sorry about your loss. but before we go into your problem. but may i check with you.

when you first bought in early 2014, what was your purchase price?

then subsequently, during the raya 2014 time, what was the purchase price again? for a similar unit like yours. did the price raised? if yes, you have already enjoyed a lower priced property compared to those who came a bit late.

but, their promotion kept changing from time to time la. i got mine with 30k rebates and 3 parking too.... but i bought mine so much later, i'm sure the price revised already. so.........

Bought mine at 890k. With 8% rebate. Unit was sold out. So I cant compare. My friend bought the unit in block 5 which priced the same when I first see it.

Anyway, thats not the point.

The reason why I am upset is because, I told them I felt uncomfortable as a buyer that the offer was better than mine. So I asked if I get a buyer for them, can I get the same offer to be given to me. At least an extra carpark.
Then the gay dude from newfields said exactly this "EVERYTHING CAN BE DISCUSSED IF YOU GET US BUYER".

Well, I tried hard convincing my frens that it is a nice place to stay. And as soon as my friend sign it, the gay dude said I have to sell two more units to be entitled for the carpark.

Long story short. There was no apology and only he was being defensive as if he had said something wrong. I went to the office. The marketing director was arrogant. Ended discussion with a free maintenance and extra 1500 from friend referral program on top of the referral fee that was signed earlier that day. Signed the voucher. Now they are just denying the existence of it. And reversing the stories, which I have no idea where he came up with such story. Even show him proof with document that he is talking nonsense and yet he just force the false statement through. The fact is presented in black and white with DATE for god sake!!

Its not about the money. Its about how arrogant they are and denying the fact outright, even the documents show otherwise. Lack of integrity and honour.
