my friend has problem updating his Z1 to build 14.2.A.1.136 via OTA. after downloading the update, the phone shutdowns and attempt to update but it never updates; it just restart the phone and boot normally.

is there anyone know how to fix this?

if you are fancy about KitKat, you can get Nexus devices. OTA update when there is 1 available.

i personally think, this is because KitKat wasnt stable at the moment, so Sony planned to stick it with 4.3 which is more stable. you see, how many Samsung users rage over their phones after KitKat upgrade?

dont make me repeat. like i said, C6903 is international version, means no matter where you go, any carrier also supports it.
and please confirm with the seller that it is C6903. anything other than C6903 is a no no because of different LTE bandwith in certain countries. only C6903 is the one that supports the bandwith that are used in all countries.

You are just downgrading your phone, not upgrading. The camera isnt that good compared to Z2.
