You can use the backup and restore app to backup all your apps and data.
Have you tried factory reset? If not do this first.

If cannot. Then try to repair your phone using the repair function in pc companion.

If still cannot then use the flashtool to reflash your rom.

Great! Kitkat is said to improve on the camera. This is definitely one of the improvement to look forward to

done updating. anyone notice that in the quick settings no longer have gps toggle? is it being replaced by the location toggle?

oh, just noticed another way of opening the quick settings

using just 1 finger, if u touch around the battery indication area, paused for a while then only slide your finger down, it will straight away open the quick settings

The are 2 files. The ftf to be flash via flashtool. The zip file is suppose to flash via recovery. But to install and use recovery, your phone need to be rooted first. And at present, the rooting tool only work on fw 534.

So, you need to flash back to fw 534, root with a rooting tool, then install recovery, and then only flash the zip file via recovery and and the ftf via flashtool.
