This is what i got after logged a complaint with KIA Global regarding the missing auto leveling module...

Dear valued Customer,
We appreciate your kind feedback and regret for the dissatisfaction caused to you by virtue of your complaint in relation to your Kia Cerato HID Xenon Headlamps with Auto Levelling device issue.

Based on our customer database updates, it is being confirmed that your Kia Cerato 2.0 model is a Completely-Knock-Down (CKD) production from Malaysia, registered on 19/12/2013 and not being equipped with Auto Levelling device for the HID head lamps. The function is only applicable for European market and not for Asian market.

However, we are unable to give any comments on the hard-copy brochure, official website and media coverage of the existence of the HID Xenon Headlamps with Auto Levelling device on your Kia Cerato distributed by our distributor, Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd as it is part of their Complete-Knock-Down (CKD) requirements and process to their domestic market. Our distributor reserves the right to discontinue or change the models, features, specifications, options, designs and prices of the products and some of the items herein are optional at extra cost due to the requirements and process.

We apologize on the printed matter and please be informed the Auto Levelling Headlamp function is only applicable for EU market specification and is not developed for Malaysia market. All specifications and images of the vehicle in this booklet may vary from actual and are correct at the time of print. Naza Kia Malaysia reserves the right to amend the specifications in this booklet as when deemed necessary without prior notice.

should customer demand refund money from Naza coz CKD~_~ ??

somehow i kinda hate the rear lights of this car. its nice yes but at night when brake it will blind you

u can check in google only available for 2.0 owners

The new Santa Fe also what. EU model comes with 7 airbags, CKD liao become 2.

But at least they mention in brochure la.

Then when ppl get their cars just say "oh sorry we reserve the right to change the specs without prior notice"

Consumer rights in bolehland is like that liao lo...

It's when you have e.g. heavy luggage in the trunk. Your car will tend to point slightly upwards in front, hence most cars either have auto-leveling or a some scrolling knob to adjust the front headlights. Otherwise, you'll be blinding the cars in front.
