Never bother to find out WHERE and HOW your money gets invested? No prospectus? Even banks gives you annual reports and prospectus on how they are gonna use your money (ie for unit trusts, etc) and the risks involved.

a guarantee is where there is bank negara backing and approval. and usually in approving, the company need to have minimum 40mil in their paid up capital, stringent process and guidelines, open and transparent, etc.

just like how public listed company shares do. sure it has risks, as the company can tutup kedai, but you can analyze and know what this company do, where he invests, and potential growth in the industry.
