So is this real thing or another scam?

i believe this is a scam, any investment products being sold in malaysia needs to register with the capital markets authority, (Securities Commission of Malaysia) and they need to prepare a prospectus to investors.

There is a lot of loop holes in malaysia legal that stops them from taking action. You see those swiss gold, only after so many years only bnm raided them and is not even the police

THere is a lot of scheme in the market. Also it requires a lot of planning, execution, manpower and money to run the schemes. Plus I dun think malaysia market big enough to have 1000 of these schemes. Just look at the amount of old schemes bank negara raided.. I think more than 10 at once.

We have launch a resort in Bangkok with binapuri u can find more about it on Internet.

If we are scam binapuri won't choose us as partner
It will affect their reputation.

First you said you need to get approval from bank. This means no approval yet from BNM. Then you said you run this with approval, Approval from who??

From the beginning till the end, what I mean is for this Ufun we already got approval from bnm. Just for ur information we partnership with binapuri if we are scam we will affect their company reputation n share.

Hmmm that binaouri is joint partner to develop resort in thailand...but i cant find anywhere that states or explain about the scheme run by ufunclub in malaysia....

i believe this is another boss venture on the rise, boss venture has been in operation for few years n growing. im not a member anyway. jus to pour in some infos of how they generate income:

1. downlines, of cos. yes pyramid style.
2. top-ups
3. partial earning (30%) locked as purchase points in the their mall. (in this case UFUN mall)
4. excessively high profit off from mall products (~300%, jus look into the mall)
5. mall products guaranteed sell-off (its the only way to spend the locked 30% earning)
6. mall product merchants fees (~1000usd, expensive? think abt item no.4&5)
7. withdrawal fees (figures in USD)
8. buy in: usd/ringgit 3.5, withdraw: 3.0

My friend was also approached by this UFUN club.
Apparently they have their own crypto currency like bitcoin called Utoken. From what I can comprehend is that you join UFUN by choosing one of the memberships starting from 500usd and they give you 400Utokens.

And after awhile, when more new members or demand for the utoken increases. the company will have a floor price and ceiling price for the market value of the Utokens and will "split" once it hits the ceiling price. I think a split is something like they issue more utoken to devalue it back to the floor price. Once this happens, your tokens in hand will double. Hence you gain the profit.

Other than thay , you can use the tokens to buy stuff off their UFUN club market/app

I am doubtful with this UFUN Club but I was hoping to see if lyn has more information on this.
