hi guys, i am pretty sure i got the worst 4770k, since i google n google, no people have the same case as me.
mostly the worst have at least 4.3@1.2v. i still use stock cooler, just wanna test my cpu oc capabilitites.. please advise. and can i consider this for rma? another weird thing is it always stay at 3.9ghz even when idle (1% usage). i turn all auto the power saving feature alredi.
