no worries, the staff and repeat buyer purchase is only for Block F1 and F2.. tomorrow they'll open block D.. so whoever is serious, please go camp there tonight..

yes, fennel and capers are positioned higher than midfields. midfields actually considered medium cost / medium high cost apartments.

and fellow member who's YTL staff mentioned that for midfields staff purchase, only staffs that joined YTL at least 3 years and their first purchase of ytl property will be considered.

some ytl staffs got turned away yesterday.

mf2 pricing is even cheaper than current mf1 subsales.. some of the cheaper mf2 units are priced at only RM460psf - RM475psf whilst most of the new condo developments there asking for RM550 to RM600 above..

the upside potential for mf2 is huge.. there'll be many flippers and also first time property purchasers with the "affordable" entry price. you tell me if you need the mere 5% discount to purchase a property.. you shouldn't be buying a property at the first place..
