tmr 10am - 5pm is for recurring customers - bought 2 units and more in the past
sat and sun only open to registrants.

maintenance fee 0.35 psf (not cheap!)

anybody has any idea what was the take up rate about?

all in all....worthy for investing?

not too sure mate, but indicative price is 499k for lowest range - presumably will be wallaped prior to the launch on saturday
