let's say 1000 sft for smallest unit , maintenance RM0.35 , which is RM350
and RM550k loan for cheapest unit ( RM600k ) monthly bank repayment for 30 years is RM2435 , total expenses per month will be RM2785 . Monthly rental at Sg.Besi can fetch up to RM2500 or not ? |
