NS2R? cheap and good performance for extreme tire (120 treadwear version being semi slick)

very noisy though so may want to re-consider if you're using it for daily driving, and like *most* extreme (and no doubt semi slicks) tires, take caution under wet conditions.

Oic...cepat haus x?

erm..have to remove hearing aid if too noisy laugh.gif

got nice offer..RM 180 for 195 50 16...

Good poison indeed...thinking to buy it and then, keep it and replace my tyre next year..

180 treadwear tires, don't expect longevity in malaysia's Rally grade roads laugh.gif

noise level, people claim it's noisier than achilles 123 semi slicks, and i can't deal with 123's noise level. of course different ears different tolerances i guess sweat.gif

QUOTE(davidke20 @ Apr 7 2014, 05:43 AM)
Stiffness calculation for the spring rate of solid anti roll bar as below:

                            Pi x G x D^4
                            --------------
                              16 x B^2 X L

where G= the modulus of elasticity
D= diameter
B= length of lever arm
L= length of bar

So, 19mm solid bar is around 2x of strength compare to 16mm.

Below are the list of stock vehicle I've put my hands on:
Hongda Civig FD - 12mm
Hongda Civig FB - 12mm
Hongda Agord - 12mm
Fork Lynx (2001) - 12mm
BoBo 244GLi(1988) - 12mm
Toyol Altis - NIL
Dugong - NIL
P42 - NIL
Wigra - NIL
Shawie - NIL
GaGa - NIL

Now, your car doesn't have an ARB in stock form. Whatever 16mm added to it, it's extra to your car, usually ARB are NOT supposed to exceed 10% of total spring rate(which after added it will be far beyond the limit). I can't brain what 19mm would do to stock springs. From what I can tell in my previous experience

1) too stiff spring that causes too much of bounce(air time, tayar tarak sentuh lantai mau macamana grip?) as a result lose control at corner.
2) Over stiffen ARB, resulting in inflexibility for both rear wheels. As a result vehicle will behave cigaoxin. Sometimes grip, when grip finish the car just spin out without warning.

So, no say good or no good geh. Sometimes I understand the being Asian mentality - bigger the better, including their d*** also wanna compare whose is bigger. For me, I did my own home work with UNKNOWN FLX rear spring rate, knowing the definite of exceed limit. I know I will not be able to break the ARB regardless how crazy I whack the car, probably break the torsion beam 1st if I were to. I don't know how about 19mm cause I didn't try. So yea, please go ahead if you think it's good. In the end no 1 else came up with the comparison of spring rate whether they're suffice/over limit.

wan upgred, wait spoil first. then beli baru to upgred.
if u got manny mani, u can straight upgred geh. .no body wan stop u also.

Inb4, cibaistone M5 is a real good tyre to train myself the feeling of going too much with the car.
just because its such a "good" tyre, I will pay very close attention to it when whacking konars (wet/dry)

davidke20 from NKVE kota damansara toll go down (Subang / Shah Alam bound) to NKVE, the big konar, cibaistone with ARB still can do 90 no sweat sweat.gif

one time, 3rd gen GOD car block kau me, think very yeng, masuk konar at hai speed, sambil pek konar, brake light keep on and off doh.gif
I slumber aje, brake early, then main tekan gas pedal aje.
progressingly catching his ass until need jam brake krong krong when finish turn due to standard 6pm jam at NKVE
