going this way, it wont be long for players to start leaving again.

we are stuck at this rebuilding state for a reason.

if all of our top players didnt leave, look at what team we have today
*
Let say, if our rivals sign most of talented player available on the market.

What other options do we have ?

I believe this will be AW final season. I doubt he still can stand intense pressure from fans. But at the same time I also feel arsenal can't find the right candidate at the moment to fill his shoe.
*
he is leaving his current position. Maybe he will stay but not as manager.

If someone else can do it, we can too. Not all the time good players are expensive. And it doesn't mean we cannot spend more as well.

There's so much more other things we could do to improve as a team. But not with wenger. He's been repeating enough of his disappointing campaigns to let us see that he can't be the "other things" apart from having good players on the field to win the league

AW had his own style and class.

I love his philosophy in modern football.

"We hope the talks continue, but they angered us with this 3% increase on top of what is already the most expensive seat in world football. This 3% will affect fans so much but will only generate £2.7million, which, for them, is a drop in the ocean - this after announcing record sponsorship deals with Puma, Emirates and many others."

Nordi had particular criticism for current majority shareholder Stan Kroenke, who supposedly wanted to raise ticket prices higher still, and admitted that the BSM would be open to a takeover from Russian businessman Alisher Usmanov, who has shown an interest in purchasing the club in the past.

"A strong rumour is that Kroenke wanted (to raise prices by) 8%, but staff advised him of the backlash," he said.

i remember in the beginning of the season many of us want at least a trophy and top 4 finish but when the team outperform we expect too much out of them and when they cant deliver it the fans bash them like there is no tomorrow

no wonder the players dont expect too much from the fans
when win love them
when lose or draw hate them
when they need the support  we give themhate and expect them to perform well hahahahaha

I thought Arsene Wenger was offered a new contract for another season? I think fan's pressure would be the last thing on his mind. It''s not like he's not in this position before.

QUOTE(ahaksz28 @ Mar 26 2014, 07:43 PM)
FA cup 12th april.

I fear for Kosc. No news on his contract. He probably wait after World Cup to decide whether he will extend his contract here.
*
I have a feeling that Kosc. would extend his stay in Arsenal but probably just a puny one year but if he leaves and Arsenal does not bring in any good players, we might just even get relegated next season laugh.gif our defense only recently picks up their coordination.

QUOTE(JustcallmeLarry @ Mar 26 2014, 08:57 PM)
If man city score 2 goal inside the 1st 10 minutes i hope the team learn their lesson & just defend for the next 80 minute. I don't think the fans can take another trashing. Even those extreme fans that cross the border line...
*
I bet that Arsenal is going to get thrashed again by Man City and even if we put all to defending, we will still get thrashed. Man City's attack is just too fast paced and aggressive. Man City will definitely try to kill us because only by winning all the game in hand, they can top the league table.

I hope that we could at least win the FA Cup.

The thing is this, philosophers have no place in the practical world.

He used to have great players that would manage themselves without him worrying which gives him more than ample time to think about how to change the world of football but time has changed.

whatever it is, why is Arteta getting tonnes of flames?

Winning the league is not a simple task man.

Liverpool took how many years to get back on track.

Arsenal is on the right track just need to spend some money.

Need to have large pool of talented players to compete through out the season.

Btw, I don't mind waiting for a tittle or trophy.

continue waiting then wink.gif

Joel Campbell to play for Arsenal first team next season?

He scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists for Olympiacos in 38 games as a winger.
