well currently my unbuff wiz dps around 89k (120k buffed) doing a rerun campaign solo from act 1 to act 4 on torment 3 do not seems to be a real issue anyway.

but of course there is a need on kiting on those elite and champion mobs. skill sets kinda dependent.
