QUOTE(shadow111 @ Nov 18 2008, 11:31 AM) Below is mine. Proton Wira sedan 1.5 (yr 2003) based on 2 scenario. 1. Pure north-south highway cruising speed at 110-120km/hr usage: 0.06596 liter/km or 15.1598 km/liter 2. 80% city, 20% highway usage: 0.082 liter/km or 12.1935 km/liter Based on this, i found that my city driving mileage sucks and quite petrol consuming. i think ur fc considered ok.btw ur car manual or auto?

QUOTE(cybermaster98 @ Aug 5 2010, 09:14 AM) Its getting really irritating to see people still using CURRENCY vs mileage to calculate consumption. For God's sake guys, how many times must it be repeated? Use km/L and state the price per litre if u have to. But stop posting shit like RM 80 for 585km. Doesnt mean shit to anybody 2 years from now. All the older posts are no irrelevant because of this stupidity. support ppl are so used to kedai kopi chit chat style they refused or dont even bother to get just a bit more technical. some ppl didn't consider that they still have remaining fuel in their tank then go fill up RM100,drive till light blinking and claim they've done XX number of km for that RM100. its not accurate at all.even when light is blinking it not certain at what level the fuel is currently at.fuel warning indicator can light up early u can still travel a few good miles. i think this method has been suggested may times before. fill up ur tank until 1st click, reset ur trip meter to 0.drive as usual until the next time u fill it up again, fill it full until the 1st click again.note how many km u've done and divide by the number of litres u've just filled up. u get km/l regardless of the price!
