1) Model : 1995 Range Rover 4.6 HSE 2) Petrol Used : Petronas (ma uses Mesra leh) 3) Engine Oil Used : Dunno 4) Fuel Consumption : 14.1 MPG 5) Driving Conditions : 90 percent intercity, 10 percent in Jams 6) Average Speed/Max rpm : I stick right below the speed limit, Max RPM 4.2k (constant sports mode) 7) Latest mileage : 90k KM 8) Modification : none 9) Tank Size : 80 litres, about 150 for a full tank I get 1) 5km per litre (intercity), which amounts to 40 cents per KM. Which is totally rape assuming i do 20 a day would add up to 10 bucks a day. Geez, 4.4 HSE here i come or even better, the 4.2 Turbo Diesel. |

QUOTE(WhizzWork2005 @ Apr 7 2006, 11:48 AM) Bro.... Yeap, rechecked the manual, it's 93 litres. Mine usually tops out around 80 something litres, but yeah, it's a thirthy SUV, but then again i'll be damned if i can find a vehicle that size with it agility. I have got a 96' Range Rover 4.6 HSE also... I think having the same spec as yours.... 4.6L V8 95' and 96' same.... and 97' onwards with twin exhaust RR 4.6 V8... I have checked with the Car's manual and i found that the fuel tank is 24.6 U.S. gallons / 93 liters... Not 80 liters lah... Coz last time, i have tried pump in FULL TANK of RM 140 (RM 1.62 per liter) after when the warning light just light up........ With current petrol price..... I never try to pump full tank.... I pump RM 120 each time i visited petrol station..... And my car petrol meter will never go to FULL one..... unless i travel outstation..... but i think i will use other car rather than this.... Range Rover is a very very very thirsty car... drink like a cow Father is trying to sell it and get the new 4.4 Sport, wtih 1100 pounds of Torque, whoa! Plus it's MPG tops out at a far better 21 MPG compared to the 4.6HSE's 14.2. |

Goddamnit. My fuel consumption is shit.
1) Model : R34 Skyline GT-T RB25DET (110k KM milage) 2) Fuel Used : Shell, BP, Caltex, Freedom (whichever is easiest, but i like BP because they sell Redbull and pies murah and because their station at Coomera has this wierd old lady i like to annoy) 3) Engine Oil Used : Motul 300V (IIRC it was Power Race) 4) Fuel Consumption : About 7.5 to 8.5km a litre (blardy 02 sensor i tells you) 5) Driving Conditions : 90 percent highway, the rest is lain lain 6) Average Speed : About 130 kmph, except when cops are there, then turun to 100, to avoid samban QPS. Around 2.5 to 3k RPM 7) Max Speed : (With speed limiter jumpered, about 250 kmph, near redline at 6 PSI) Usually just 180, due to JDM speed limit at 5k RPM. Haven't tested at 10 PSI boost. 8) Modifications : Mostly brakes, pod intake, heatshield, splitfire coil packs, really expensive sparkplugs that don't do jack shit, boost controller and a nice cup holder for my hot cuppa.
