i'm lousy in calculating. this is the average FC from KL to ipoh

Toyota unser 1.8 auto EFi - rm90
Proton wira 1.5 auto carb - rm60
Nissan bluebird 2.0 auto EGI - rm45
Waja Campro 1.6 auto EFI - rm55

Speed for the car are average 110-120kph except for the nissan which is around 150kph. Personally i think Fuel brands doesn't contribute to low FC. It all depends on the engine management and the tendency of the driver to rev or floor alot.

No aircon as its early morning. Aircon takes approximately 30% of the loads while winding down the window for fresh air is less than that (due to air drag). Basically its my daily commute to work and back on the highway if you question on the high percentage of highway driving. All cars are stocks.

hope to try out on WiSE's consumption but its a bit scary since its only 3 speed

I read all your fuel consumption all very low n decent.

I want to "kee siao" d. My 2litre cos me 120MYR for about 350km only. city-drive in PG. what went wrong?

Didn't realised until a friend say, your fuel consumption is ridiculously high.

for starters tell us what you're driving instead of letting us play the guessing game.

Now I know Toyota's good FC is pure marketing gimmick... Lucky never fall in to their trap....

big diff mate. If it's auto vs auto then it's reasonable. We all know torque converters are the main culprit in power loss and slight increase in FC.

Don't trust them. Even if they can improve 1%. You won't feel a difference. Better spend the extra money on fuel and food. At least, they have been put into good use. Tested a few of these magnetic clips where you attach it along the feel line. No difference at all. If you really want to use magnet, buy those magnets calipers which clip on to the oil filters. Those are good in capturing metal debris in your lubricant oil.

Can the air filter cover slightly broken ( bottom side ) caused to FC high ?

How to check 02 sensor ?

How to check MAF or MAP sensor ?

What is the main purpose on 02 / MAF / MAP sensor ?

My Wira A/B ( Auto ) 1.5cc damnly high FC .

1km = 25sen.

Someone give idea how to solve my problem

1. Normally FC is high, or you can check via OBD readers
2. FC & power feel. or OBD readers
3. To apply correction factor on the base map. Or self learn/self tune
4. 3 speed auto is pretty common. You may need to get proton to check. Else, just replace the o2 sensor as it's always used beyond it's lifespan.

Hopefully can go beyond 500km. 40% City Jam, 30% normal City drive, 40% full throttle MEX.
