When I drove a manual Focus 1.6 Turnier I used around 8-9l/100 km, driving around 130-140 average. And I thought that was rather bad...
13l seems too much. Maybe SC can help check the car for any problems? Brakepads that are constantly touching the brakediscs are possible, I know that's a rather common Kangoo problem.
that day whack the car 160kmh while heading down south... and the display shows 7.9L/100KM~

this is due to the average speed, then calculate the estimated range and consumption, based on the fuel left in tank.
i think its a dead formulation to estimate the consumption which is not accurate at all.
hence, i don't care much now.
But after few weeks driving my 2.0S, i think the consumption is around RM0.20-0.22 per km which i think is decent for a 2.0L car.

Mine is 7liter/100km....when i'm whacking it at 170

yes... its just a simulated average fuel consumption~~
one more thing to laugh at, is the estimated range. when i pump full tank at RM90, it shows 650km... but end of the day could only reach around 350-380km.
