OMG
thats like a hummer's milage  shocking.gif
*
Wat is hummer?? No such word in dictionray... rclxub.gif

But hitting 400km is not easy, must control golden right leg... drool.gif

I run until the light keep on appearing only I refill petrol....

Car: Satria GTI with minor MOD, VS+GK, High performance Plug cable + Denso iridium plug + magnet fuel saver(a piece of shit).....
1. Normal city driving with some high rev : 366km RM78 >>>RM0.21/KM
2. 50%(Climb hill + highway) + 50% city driving = 614km RM118>> RM0.19/KM
3. 60% Highway + 40% city driving = 451km RM84>>>RM0.18/KM
4. Full city drive without any high rev = 412km RM85>>> RM0.20/KM

So conclusion is RM0.19/km-RM0.20/km....

Model: 8th gen Honda Civic 2.0 Vtec
Current reading: 25864km (Year 2006)
FC: RM0.167 per km (RM50 for 300km or slightly more)
Type of fuel: Mobil or Esso Ron 92 (i prefer the 1.5% cash rebate than redeeming gifts)
Service parts (including engine oil): All by Honda Malaysia
Driving condition: 80% city, 5% highway. 5% traffic jam
Driving requirements: Engine rpm not exceeding 2500, air con temperature not below 24 degree celcius, VSA turned off, cruise function whenever possible.
Modifications: <none>
*
I also realise that turn the air con temperature near to maximum temperature(high temp) can help reduce fc....

Driving Satria, I used to turn the temperature near to Off, it does help reducing fc, a lot...

QUOTE(neosaint99 @ Dec 13 2007, 09:32 PM)
ofcourse it would reduce fc
the parasitic load of the ac compressor is a significant draw on the engine's power
so setting it to high would mean that its engaged very much less
less load, less fuel consumed = better fc
*
Yeah, b4, I used turn to close to lowest temperature, average fc is 10km/l, but now i turn it to close to highest temperature(everyday raining), suprisingly, it gives me 12km/l, for 2 weeks ad....about 2 tanks of fuel, really amazing! rclxms.gif

Yeah, so must drive like an old guys, I off aircon, run slow lane at 60km/h, then achieve rm10 >53-55km, if not, sud be around 50km only... sweat.gif

Dun play pick up, rpm dun go more than 3k for 5th gear, change gear at 2.5k rpm....these r wat i've done so far, notice that it really help to reduce fc... whistling.gif but ur right leg can tahan or not? sweat.gif
